The text here is long, and generalized.  Includes mention of intrusive acts daily.

• There is attentive surveillance of myself. This is evidenced in the people of the present location, businesses, public spaces, who have allowed actions aimed at me to take place within there premises, or been forced to perform or let happen scripted or even rehearsed situations that are aimed at me to cause any number of negative effects. The people doing, unknown to me, seem to have some control of communication that I have with others in my life.  This includes former co-worker, others, living very far away.  I have been victim to false e-mails from people claiming to be good friends. The resources of the people exercising this are great. 
• Every woman I have been intimate with since early February of 06, have been set up before I have met them, or even knew them. This includes 3 in the month of February 06, 1 in May or June 2006, and 1 in March of 2008. There is plenty of evidence that others have made attempts to lure me, associate with me. All social associations have been directed before hand since 2005 (the ones lasting any length beyond a month)           
• Generally speaking: For my entire residency in current location, since 2006, December, there have been disruptions, continual repetitive features of what may be termed mobbing, or harassment, unwanted behaviors that grab my attention, because of the things they are directed to do, say, wear.
• Taunting of items stolen, past relationships, mocking of family and friends, references to things personal in nature, and thematic insinuations that include homosexual themes, or sexual deviance, class, race.  Has included using types of themes in a series, over certain time frame, and appearances and directed acts happen enrooted to places, destinations, stores, public places, bars and restaurants, etc… This goes hand in hand with residency disruptions, people used to cause me to be aware that they are being directed, and are told that I am home (noise in hall; neighbors making directed noise often in sync with room location, activity).     
• The noises, and stalking or scripted associations, to be mentioned with example below, definitely are directed, and by individuals who have to one degree or another, been intimate with some sort of couching. The results have been high levels of stress, and these are done always with other effects that inflict the subject. Direct energy/EM weapons, as well as remote tampering and or manipulating of internet and computer activity in real time. Any interaction seems to be able to be used for disruptions: shopping; internet; playing a cd on home device; communicating with people; renting space to live in, and others.      
• All e-mails are insecure, meaning that they are accessed by people not seen and unknown to me. The evidence of this is that items of significance are erased from send box.
• The evidence that I encounter thematic stalking: places I go have had individuals, or groups, performing anything from stalking, mobbing (repeated themes of a number of things I have become classically conditioned to), directed acts to cause disorientation, annoy, cause feelings of alienation, taunts, mocking.   
• Engagement is something sought after. I have plenty of evidence that I have been preyed upon by seemingly friendly, even respectful people, only to have evidence that the entire engagement was set up to begin with. This is the case with every association social in nature lasting more than a month or two. It is in retrospect that I understand this, and usually after something negative has happened. These negative results have included surreptitious drugging, degrading and ridicule in groups, taunting, unprovoked physical assault, harassment, humiliations.   
• It is with the above that I am ever vigilant; though maintain a friendly and open demeanor with all I am engaged with.
• AS of this date, August 27th, 2009, I have been using the public library, primarily the internet service, for more than two years. In those two years, it is more than evident that there are numbers of groups and or individuals who come to the library, or are present before I arrive, who have direction to behave in certain ways, around me. Harassment is the term that I have noted elsewhere.
• This includes grunts, single coughs, though repeated, that appear to be intended, and similar to what I encounter in other places. Several people in single environment perform this. Often in sync with internet activity (taunts on in boxes, re-edits of material) loud talking and grunts or coughs have been in great frequency when documenting things of importance. It is repetitive, often startles, causes me self conscious feelings that individuals in my presences are consciously behaving in ways to disrupt me. • I have seldom had a non-intrusive experience at the public library, in four locations in the past 3 years. It amounts to unwanted attention, and gives evidence of technological or remote surveillance. This is how my rented space is entered while the renter, I, is not at home, and has locked the door.
• In my home, it is certain that the building has more than a number of apartments rented out, with individuals placed in them for the purpose of the actions aimed at me.
• This is a certain fact with my accounts of the behaviors of people in the building, who intrude with unusual noise, repetitive, to name just one element that is present even today.
• Criminal violations are more than harassment, as my apartment is entered at will when I am not at home. Have documented. Police have not investigated. I have informed them, and reported. Locks have been changed, but it was in the first week of residency that this began. I conclude that an investigation would implement people residing in the building at least being informed of much activity aimed at me.  
• The same was true during the months between December 14th, 06 and April 14th of 07, at the place I resided, in the same city.
